Senior Pastor Contact Pastor Blair (BlairH@findlayefree.com) Blair is originally from Ontario, Canada. He came to the United States on a baseball scholarship in 1994. He graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1999 with a degree in telecommunication arts. He met his wife, Gina, at Butler University and they were married July 1, 2000. Blair received his degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in December 2002 with a Masters in Divinity with an emphasis in Evangelism. After graduating, he and Gina moved to St. Joseph, MI to begin their ministry at The Chapel. After serving at The Chapel as an Associate Pastor for seven years, Blair came to Findlay E-Free to serve as our Senior Pastor in September of 2010. The Haywards have two daughters, Reegan and Marah. I was born…in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada Life verse…It is my goal for this verse to be true of me when my life is over: Acts 11:24 “…for he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And considerable numbers were brought to the Lord.” My childhood ambition was…to play Major League baseball. Equipping Pastor Contact Pastor Dewey (DeweyH@findlayefree.com) Dewey, and his wife Mackenzie, grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio and after graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002, Dewey began work in full time ministry there. He and Mackenzie married in 2004. In 2006, he graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a Masters in Divinity. And in 2008, Dewey began working at the City Mission of Findlay. He served there for 6 1/2 years before becoming Findlay E-Free's Equipping Pastor in January of 2015. As the Equipping Pastor, he works with Findlay Evangelical Free's Adult Discipleship and Assimilation Ministry. After graduating Antioch High School, he moved to LA to attend college and met his wife, Rebecca. A few years later they were married in 2006 and now have two children, CJ and London. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen." My significant others are...My wife Kari, and sons, Ezra and Eli. My last meal would be...Well its gonna be with Jesus! Music & Youth Secretary Contact Kathy (KathyR@findlayefree.com) Kathy Rodabaugh has been assisting E-Free’s youth and worship pastors since May, 2001. She was born and raised in Findlay. After attending Cedarville University for a year, Kathy married Mark and later graduated from The University of Findlay with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Public Relations emphasis). The Rodabaughs have three adult children, Jeremy, Emilie, and Dean. They have been members at E-Free since December, 1993.
