Fit to Serve is an 8-week fitness program to help people of all ages and fitness levels learn new exercise and nutrition habits. Saturdays from 9:00 - 11:00 am, we will meet with different local experts to learn exercise techniques and healthy recipes. For encouragement, we will also meet in small groups led by team captains.
