Blair is originally from Ontario, Canada. He came to the United States on a baseball scholarship in 1994. He graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1999 with a degree in telecommunication arts. He met his wife, Gina, at Butler University and they were married July 1, 2000. Blair received his degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in December 2002 with a Masters in Divinity with an emphasis in Evangelism. After graduating, he and Gina moved to St. Joseph, MI to begin their ministry at The Chapel. After serving at The Chapel as an Associate Pastor for seven years, Blair came to Findlay E-Free to serve as our Senior Pastor in September of 2010. The Haywards have two daughters, Reegan and Marah.

Best advice I would give a 20 year old…follow and serve God, act with integrity, and follow Dave Ramsey’s plan for the money God gives you!

Dewey, and his wife Mackenzie, grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio and after graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002, Dewey began work in full time ministry there. He and Mackenzie married in 2004. In 2006, he graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a Masters in Divinity. And in 2008, Dewey began working at the City Mission of Findlay. He served there for 6 1/2 years before becoming Findlay E-Free's Equipping Pastor in January of 2015. As the Equipping Pastor, he works with Findlay Evangelical Free's Adult Discipleship and Assimilation Ministry.

Pastor Dave’s responsibilities include overseeing these ministries: counselling, visitation, prayer, benevolence, senior adult, preaching, funerals, and weddings as needed, and oversees the facilities. He and his wife, Fran, are the parents of three grown sons. Dave and Fran both enjoy serving in teaching roles at E-Free; Dave regularly teaches an adult class and Fran teaches in chlidren's ministry. Dave has a BA in Bible and Theology from Appalachian Bible College and has served as senior pastor at another church for 6 1/2 years.

Stephen grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. His family traveled around California singing for most of his life. After graduating Antioch High School, he moved to LA to attend college and met his wife, Rebecca. A few years later they were married in 2006 and now have two children, CJ and London.
I have traveled to...48 states, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Uruguay, England, Spain, France, and Italy.

Best advice I would give a 20 year old…before you know it you will realize you don’t know everything…spend time with those who have gone before you and listen and learn.
My favorite pastime…has been getting back in shape and running. I love to run in my neighborhood and being able to pray for the neighborhood that God has placed us in.

Holly was born and raised in Sandusky, OH. She graduated from BGSU with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She moved to Findlay while interning at a major employer, but not preferring the business world and wanting to pursue her passion for children, she changed career paths and opened a daycare in her home. While in school, Holly met Eric and they were married in 2011. They quickly began a family and have two boys, Brandon and Isaac.
Life verse...I actually have two. One that I use for my daily mantra, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13, and the biggie that helped me decide to get baptized as an adult, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me." Revelations 3:20.
What's on my bookshelf...a TON of children's books, mystery and fantasy novels, leadership development, financial fitness, personal development, and spiritual development.
If I had a different job I'd be...opening an organization to help at risk kids, and heavily involved in food allergy awareness and research.

Best advice I would give a 20 year old...never stop reading!
Jennie was born in southeast Ohio. Raised in a God-loving, performance-oriented family, she pursued music as a career from childhood. She has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Muskingum University, toured with the Christian rock band Affix, and directed the worship program at Friendship Baptist Church in New Concord, Ohio, for nearly six years. She and her husband Art came to Findlay in 2014 to pursue Art's career in electrical engineering, and almost immediately became a part of the E-Free family. The Anderson have a son named Calvin, and they spend their time serving God, playing board games, and watching every Marvel movie they can.
Best advice I would give a 20 year old...Your dream job may be a job you don't even know exists, and it's possible to create it for yourself. I did! just be patient, work hard, and trust God.
I am happiest when...I can have all the windows open in my house.
Favorite Bible character...Chenaniah, the man who was made worship master in Davidic times "because he was skillful." Also, the Levites who were specifically set aside from all other priestly duties because they were responsible for keeping music going day and night in the temple.

Luann has been with E-Free since May of 2005 and if you happen to stop into the office Monday thru Friday, she will be the one to greet you. Luann and her husband, Greg, have three grown children and three grandchildren.

Kathy Rodabaugh has been assisting E-Free’s youth and worship pastors since May, 2001. She was born and raised in Findlay. After attending Cedarville University for a year, Kathy married Mark and later graduated from The University of Findlay with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Public Relations emphasis).
The Rodabaughs have three adult children, Jeremy, Emilie, and Dean. They have been members at E-Free since December, 1993.

Before graduating, Mike lead a checkered past...self proclaimed high school band nerd, aquarium fish fanatic, drama and live audio visual geek. During his college years, he lead worship as a volunteer, trained technically in Information Technology and did freelance graphic design and web development. During this period, Mike met his wife Lisa and they now have three children, Malaya, Evangeline, and Asher. In 2010 Mike landed a full time ministry position at Compassion Christian Church in Savannah, GA where he served for 5 years before returning to Northwest Ohio to be near family. Mike is excited to use design and technology that is vital in today's fast paced digital world to help bring others to a life changing connection with Jesus.
Favorite Bible character...David, King David. He made many mistakes in his life but was still identified as "a man after God's own heart." I had the opportunity to produce and act in a live drama piece where I was given the part of David. Taking the time to really understand what struggles and decisions David made in order to portray the part really transformed my understanding of David and Jesus.
My worst habit is...'Dr. Pepper'

I was born in Bellaire, Ohio and grew up in central Pennsylvania. I joined the Covenant Players, an International Repertory Christian Theater company from 1978 to 1991. I met and married Michael Martin in 1982 and we enjoyed raising our children, Ben and Stephanie. More recently I completed an Associate of Arts degree with History Concentration. This completed a degree started in 1978. My husband and I have enjoyed the ministry through Covenant Players Christian Theater while travelling, and the life lessons that we learned during that time. Presently, we enjoy seeing our children who live close by and making new memories with them.
Life verse...Joshua 1:9 Be strong and courageous...
One of my fondest memories...summers. Especially July celebrating my birthday with fireworks, swimming parties, camping anywhere, picnics and catching fireflies. Oh yes, summer!

Best advice I would give a 20 year old...enjoy each stage of your life fully. Then enjoy the next. Live carefully and purposefully so that you have no regrets.
