Sunday Seminars meet at 10:15 am and offer a variety of options for digging deeper into God’s Word and learning what it says about life and making life work.

Our current Sunday Seminars are:

1st HOUR:

Parents of Teens – Age of Opportunity

Do you see your children’s teen years as a test of your survival skills or a unique time for building godly principles into their lives? Age of Opportunity (by Paul Tripp) gives a perspective on raising teens that truly encourages! Mike & Laurie will add practical application and transparent teaching from their experiences with their own five daughters as well as from Laurie’s extensive work with troubled teens. Open for all ages, we’ll also welcome questions and concerns as we share together each week.

Christian Beliefs

Come have a cup of gourmet coffee with us before learning about “Twenty Important Christian Beliefs” by Wayne Grudem. Newer Christians and more mature believers will both enjoy this study. You will learn about the Bible, the characteristics of God, what it means that we are created in the image of God, what God has done for us in Christ, the purpose of the church, and much more. This class is intended to have lots of discussion around important questions.

Eighteen.25 (College & Career)

For young adults, single & married couples (without children), who are 18 – 25 years old.

Handling Anger God’s Way

“Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger and do not give the devil an opportunity.” (Eph. 4:26-27, NASB) Some of us let not only the sun, but many moons go down on our anger. Come explore this universal problem, prevalent in every culture, experienced by every generation, skipping over no person. We will focus on “ordinary anger” that we accept in our lives but is actually sinful to God. Join us and learn how to have victory over the sin of anger.
